God's Anointed People Ministries is a non-denominational, Christian, social services organization that provides critically needed goods and services to the homeless, poor, and needy of Arizona without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, or religion. God's Anointed People Ministries is not a church but does cooperate with many different churches that are concerned about poverty and homelessness in the inner city.
At our core, we are a Christian ministry whose primary focus is presenting the Gospel. The Gospel is demonstrated by our Food Service Ministry, Men’s Ministry, Women’s & Family Ministry, and Community Outreach Ministries. These ministry areas grow out of an understanding that God cares deeply about the poor and homeless, and in serving our neighbors, we are serving him.
The many services provided by God's Anointed People Ministries pave the way for us to share the Gospel through the message of hope, reconciliation, and new life that is available to all who believe. There truly is hope for the homeless, and it is found in the message shared in our chapels, our classes, and our praise and worship times.
All of this would not have been possible without the efforts of so many people who have served the Lord at the mission and for the prayers, volunteers, and financial support that have come from our great and caring community. Staff members, the Board of Directors, community leaders, and a whole host of people have helped us grow into the broad-based, compassionate ministry that we are today.
Since 1998, God's Anointed People Ministries has been a beacon of hope for the poor and homeless in Phoenix's inner city. The beginnings of the ministry are attributed to Minister Reppy Woodberry's vision and his response to God’s prompting within the hearts of a group of Christians from our community. In responding to that call, these individuals set in motion a ministry that over the years would serve thousands of meals, provide hundreds of nights of shelter, give away clothing to untold hundreds of men, women, and children, and provide the tools to move from hopelessness and despair to new life in Christ. At its heart, real hope for the future.
If you need shelter, you can call God's Anointed People Ministries for assistance.

What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if you say you have faith but do not have works? Can faith save you? If a brother or sister is naked and lacks daily food, and one of you says to them, ‘Go in peace; keep warm and eat your fill,’ and yet you do not supply their bodily needs, what is the good of that? So faith by itself, if it has no works, is dead.
